Direct Hire- CNC Machinist/Grinders SHIFT- 2nd Shift- 50 hours a week guaranteed with Saturdays being voluntary-.
Pay- 18-25/hr.
(Need to have experience with machine measuring tools (calipers/mics), tape measuring, etc.
)

Direct Hire CNC Machinist with a focus on manufacturing precision parts within a multi-machine cell.
Skilled in conducting both manual and CNC turning/milling operations, optimizing CNC programs for efficiency, and ensuring 100% part quality.
Proven ability to perform complex set-ups, troubleshoot processes, and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers for continuous improvement.

Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
1 to 2 years of CNC (Milling/Turning/Grinding) experience in a job shop environment ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents, record process notes, and communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Strong problem-solving skills based on experience and the ability to interpret GD&T on drawings.
INSPECTION SKILLS:
Read micrometers, drop indicators, and vernier calipers.
Utilize optical comparators and profilometers.
Complete 1st piece inspection reports as required.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
